About us
Patient capital. Careful operators.
Two Tower Capital is a Midwest multifamily investment firm. We buy well-located apartment communities, operate them with care, and treat investor capital as a trust to be stewarded.
We also have our own property management company, 3 Tower Management, which runs the majority of our communities.
Leadership
Led by Corey Petros and Aaron Gray.

What guides us
Our principles.
Stewardship
We manage every dollar as if it were our own, because much of it is. Preserving capital comes first.
Integrity
We say what we will do, and we do what we say.
Transparency
Clear, honest reporting on how each property is performing, good news and bad.
Communication
Proactive updates so our investors always know where things stand.
Patience
We would rather pass on a deal than force one. Long-term ownership rewards discipline.
